She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Lamp and Mabel Ethel Lamp (Decker); her husband Angelo J. Biondi; her son Michael Horne; and her siblings, George Lamp, Yvonne Harrington-Osmer, Donna Schroeckengost and Raymond Lamp.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Lee Horne (Cheryl) and Dale Horn; her grandchildren, Michael, Matt, Laura, Pattie, Jade, Bobby, Angel, Patrick and Heather; and her sisters, Linda Bush (Jeffrey W.) and Shirley Ann Bush (Timothy Roger).
