She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio DeSimone and Angelina Rose DeSimone (Santos); and her siblings, Pearl, Alvin and Donald.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Letkiewicz Jr. (Janice), Viola Gross (Robert), Robert Letkiewicz, Anthony Letkiewicz (Carol) and Jacob Letkiewicz (Lisa); her husband Raymond Letkiewicz; and her brother David DeSimone (Jean). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren.
