He was predeceased by: his parents, Egnute Evans and Helen Evans; and his brothers, James, Randall and German Shepard Wiley.

He is survived by: his brother Robert; his children, Jennifer, Jesse and Staci; and his great grandchild Darlane.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hillman Cancer Center 2500 W 12th St, Erie, PA 16505, or The Russian Orthodox Church of the Nativity.
