He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Fabin (Rutkowski); his children, Natalie Ruppert (Ken) of Edgewood, KY, Lorraine Slogik (George) of Strongsville, OH and Michael Fabin (Kerri Lefaiver) of Madison, WI.; his grandchildren, Sarah (John Kleimeyer) of Oakland, CA, Melissa (Bradley Boyd) of Columbus, OH, Nicholas (Emily Slogik) of Ashburn, VA, Danielle (Cody Mizerik) of Olmsted Falls, OH and Frank (William Fabin); his great grandchildren, Blair Slogik, Blakely Boyd, Myles Mizerik and Grant Mizerik; his siblings, Patricia Kusiak, Thomas Fabin, Stephen Fabin and Carol Wainwright; and his grandson Will. He is also survived by wife, children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends.
