He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Johnston and Verna Pochatko Johnston; and his brother Richard Johnston (Tammi) of Erie. He is survived by: his siblings, Dr. Craig Johnston (Deborah) of Erie, Jeffrey Johnston (Sherry) of Mesa and Mary Sue Carlson (Charles) of Camp Hill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
