He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank John Chylinski, Sr. and Irene Priscilla Chylinski (Lewandowski). He is survived by: his wife Belle Chylinski (Birt); his children, Thomas Chylinski (Michelle), Christanne Haughwout, Nicolas Chylinski, Peter Chylinski (Nicole), AnnMarie Porter (Stewart) and Timothy Chylinski (Courtney); his foster daughter Karen Giannamore (Mike); his sister Shirley Chylinski; and his nephew Michael Samueloff. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, one great-granddaughter.
