He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank X. Gredler and Ida Gredler (Billman); his wife Claire Marie Hanlin; his sister Eileen Gredler; and his son John Mark (Pamela Israel) of Pittsburgh, PA..
He is survived by: his children, Frank E. of Tallahassee, FL, Timothy (Patti) of Wilmington, NC, Anne (Kenneth Barton) of Martinsburg, WV, Mary Clare (Edward Sumner) of Middletown, DE and Joseph of Minnetonka, MN; his sister Marilyn Regan of Santa Clara, CA; and his sister-in-law Norma Jean Dahlkemper. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
