He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ambuske Hanick; his children, Mark Hanick (Heather), Nicholas Hanick and Kaitlyn Hanick of Erie, PA; his grandsons, Cayden, Easton and Owen Hanick of Erie, PA; his siblings, Joe Hanick and Cathy Wentzel of Seattle, Washington.; and his pet Cockatiel "Charlie". He is also survived by four nieces.
