She was predeceased by: her parents, Veronica Mae Hunter and Earl G. W. Russell; her husband Paul Robert Kuczynski; her son Mitchell; her great grandchild Jacob; and her siblings, Bill, Herbert, Fred, Richard, Theodore, Arthur, Albert, James, Betty, Gloria and Virginia.
She is survived by: her children, Bob (Linda), Deb, Dean, Wilma (Vince), Paula (Ron) and Tim (Janet); her grandchildren, Paul, Beverly, Jessica, Yvonne, Kristina, Debbie, Vincent, Doug, Bridget, Devin, Renee, Jay, Kyle and Cody; and her siblings, Janice, Charleen, Trudy, Sandy, Jack and Eddie.
The family suggests that contributions in her memory be made to Chautauqua County Hospice or Hanover Volunteer Fire Department.
