It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ernestine Ratcliff of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 21, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucius Glover and Ernestine Simmons Glover; her son Jason; and her siblings, Robert Glover and Estelle Simmons.

She is survived by: her husband Jonathan Ratcliff; her children, Leoni, Antwan, Melissa and Isabella (Brian); her siblings, Sandra, Loudella, Lena, Donna, Mary, Martha (James), Blossie, Ernest, Donald (Rose), Lucius and Richard (Rose); her aunt Charity Simmons; and her close friend Candi. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
