He was predeceased by: his parent Lewis F.. He is survived by: his spouse Jean L. Frost (Getsay); his parent Wanda Frost (Hilbolt); his children, Kellie L. Frost of Erie and Craig A. Frost (Catherine) of Ellicott City, MD; his grandchildren, Caitlin Frost and Corey Frost; and his sister Jennie E. McNett (Bill).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lighthouse Baptist Church, 5005 Carlisle Road, Dover, PA 17315.
