She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Vogel and Minnie R. Nemenz Vogel; and her brother Robert Vogel. She is survived by: her children, David Mann (Donna) of Erie, Donald Mann (Debra) of Erie, Dean Mann of Erie, Charles Mann of Erie and Deborah L. Aaron of Erie; and her sister Dorothy Jenkins of Mt. Vernon, IL. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
