He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Welsch and Elizabeth Welsch (Cartisser); his siblings, Robert Welsch, Laverne Welsch Gallagher and Doris Welsch Schmidt Alioso; and his former wife Noreen Rita Welsch (Callahan).
He is survived by: his wife Analise Welsch (Wiertel); his son Donald Thomas Welsch; his grandchildren, Sean Welsch (Carrie), Jeremy Welsch (Dana Burwell), Rodger Dobry, Deanna Watkins Driscoll (Scott), Erica Bucceri Fox (Zack) and Ryan Bucceri; and his great grandchildren, Zach Welsch, Warner, Dean Dobry, Liam, Norah Driscoll and Colton Welsch.
