She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph F. Liocano, Sr. and Mildred L. Shelton Liocano; her husband James L. Owens, Sr.; her daughter Margaret Beatrice "PeggyBea" Owens; her siblings, Joseph F. Liocano, Jr. and Mildred Blakeslee; her siblings-in-law, David Blakeslee, Al Chase and Betty Ann Liocano; and her son-in-law Michael Danielewicz.
She is survived by: her children, James L. Owens, Jr. (Jean) of Erie, Michael T. Owens (Darlene) of Florida, Donald A. Owens (Deborah) of South Carolina, Joseph F. Owens (Robin) of Erie, Douglas A. Owens of Erie, Deborah L. Danielewicz of Erie, Mildred E. Roth (John) of Erie, Laurie J. Bulkley (Dave) of Groton, CT and Jane Hull (Phil); and her siblings, Arthur R. Liocano of Hudson, FL, Joanne Chase of Corry, PA and Margaret Jean Edmonds (Robert) of Erie. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; two great, great grandchildren.
