She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley P. Nowakowski and Virginia Nowakowski (Wieczorek); and her grandson Jason Kaluzny. She is survived by: her husband Walter S. Kaluzny; her brothers, Stanley Nowak (Delores) and Robert Nowakowski (Elizabeth); her children, Jeffrey Kaluzny (Kimberly), Susan Gomolchak (John), Karen Mizban (Delavar) and Michelle Kaluzny; and her grandchildren, Amanda Carlisi, Daniel Gomolchak (Jessica), Kevin Gomolchak, Justin Mizban (Kaley), Preston Kaluzny, Jessica Erickson (Thomas), Nicholas Gomolchak (Laura), Julia Kaluzny, Eric Gomolchak (Carol), Abigail Kaluzny and Gigi. She is also survived by her 12 Great-grandchildren.
