He was predeceased by: his parents, Denzel B. Rogers and Marion M. Rosthauser Rogers; and his wife Mary Patricia "Patty" Dauer Rogers. He is survived by: his son Dennis Mark Rogers (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Charles Jr., Cara and Carly; his pet Tucker; and his children, Erie Humane Society and P. O. Box.
