She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Williams and Alberta Williams (Roha); her husband Michael P. McGarrey; her mother-in-law Kay McGarrey; and her sisters-in-law, Patti Williams and Patricia McGarrey.
She is survived by: her sons, Shane McGarrey (Nikki Zellefrow) and Kelly McGarrey (Katherine Morales); her grandchildren, Macklin and Emmy McGarrey; her siblings, Gary Williams, Sandy Fruscella (Ray), Scotty Williams (Ruth) and Tama Samol (Tony); and her brothers-in-law, Andrew and Kevin McGarrey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Deborah's name to Shriner's Hospital or the Erie City Mission.
