He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L. Sack, Sr. and Shirley E. Edwards Sack; his siblings, Sheryl Groves and Harold Sack, Jr.; and his nephew Jayson Sack.

He is survived by: his son Jacob Sack of Erie; his brother Kevin Sack (Sandy) of Erie; and his nephews, Tony, Vinny, Jon Sack, Dan and Scott Davis.
