He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Ragen Jr. and Joan P. Ragen (Gorny); his in-laws, Walter and Kathleen Bender, Sr.; and his sister-in-law Sandi Ragen.
He is survived by: his son Nathan P. Ragen of Erie; his granddaughter Chloe Brown of Erie; his siblings, Mark Ragen of Lakewood, NY., James "Jim" Ragen (Kim) and Ann Russell (Mark) of Bonita Springs, FL.; and his brother-in-law Walter Bender (Deidre) of Millcreek.
