He was predeceased by: his father Darrel E. Clark, Sr.; and his sister Linda M. Weist. He is survived by: his wife Sandra A. Clark; his children, Lisa M. Clark and Christopher Young; his mother Nellie Perowicz; and his brothers, Ronald Knapik, Marilyn Knapik of Meadville, Mike Knapik and Linda Knapik of Mapleton Depot. He is also survived by two aunts; and several nieces and nephews.
