She is survived by: her husband Raymond C. Sylvis Jr.; her children, Raymond Clifton Sylvis III of Erie and Lindsey Ann Sylvis of Dallas Texas; her parent Kathryn Vilkinofsky (Danch); her sister Deborah (Vilkinofsky); and her pet Chiweenie. She is also survived by two nephews, a niece and several cousins.
