He is survived by: his wife Sue Gallagher (Kroh); his daughters, Karen Vannucci (Fred) of Erie, Leslie Gallagher-Kelly of Parachute, CO, Michele Rion of Erie and Christine Gallagher-Shipley (Warren) of Winter Park, FL.; and his brother Brian P. Gallagher of North Lima, OH. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
