He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Widomski and Agatha Widomski (Garbacz); his children, Dean Akerly and Deanna McIntire; his granddaughter Holly; and his siblings, John, Edward, Alphonse, Theodore, Stan, Stanley Widomski, Regina Widomski, Mary Bolla and Bertha Osiecki.
He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Widomski (Edinger); his children, Kevin Widomski (Donna) and Kristen Knight (Barry); and his grandchildren, Shari, Zachary, Xavier, Mallory, Maddy, Brandon, Ashlee, Ryan, Katelyn, Derik, Jenelle and Tanner. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James R. C. Church (2635 Buffalo Rd, Erie, PA 16510). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (2635 Buffalo Rd, Erie, PA 16510).
