She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Komar and Frances Lewandowski Fabiszewski Komar; her husband Johnny Prez; her children, Daniel Prez and Dr. Debra Monde; and her siblings, John, Walter, William, Henry, Peter, Sikey Fabian, Vince Komar and Sophie Kujawa.
She is survived by: her children, James Prez of Brooklyn, NY, Thomas Prez of Sandpoint, ID, Joseph Monde (Sharon) of Pittsburgh, PA and Christine Farnum (John) of Erie, PA; her grandsons, Benjamin Prez (Hannah), Neil Farnum (Megan), Aidan Farnum, Nathan, Alexander, Timothy and Christopher Schwappach; and her great grandchild Rhys Gordon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
