He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O. Gilbert and Charlotte Hays Gilbert; and his sister Irene Hillwig. He is survived by: his significant other Helen Graham; his sons, Keith (Kathy) of Erie, PA., Charles (Sheryl) of Palm Harbor, FL., Graham (Louise) of Indian Lake, NY. and Thomas (Jessica) of Deland, FL.; and his sister Eileen Bell. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
