Charles E. Hawkinson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles E. Hawkinson in Erie, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 16, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hawkinson and Irene Hawkinson (Hall); his former wife Patricka Anderson Hawkinson; and his sister Edith Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hawkinson; his children, Susan Haener (Ronald), Sandy Hawkinson, Sally Hawkinson (John), Sara Sawtelle (Gary), Dave Kirik II (Kristen) and Jeremy Kirik; his grandchildren, Rebecca Haener, Allison Truong, Jack Kirik, Jason Kirik, Brittany Kirik and Hanna Kirik; and his great grandchildren, Kason, Emilia, Cyrus, Roxana, Kaiden and Ari.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenfield Baptist Church (9028 Williams Rd, North East, PA 16428).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Charles' name may be made to the Greenfield Baptist Church, 9028 Williams Rd, North East, PA 16428.
