It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecilia Egli of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 14, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Sankar and Jane Sankar (Moti); her husband Virgil Egli; and her siblings, Ivan (Crystabell), Yousuff, Hansel (Radica), Sylvan, Esther, Hazel and Hilton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nazera Reid, Jackie Bennett (Roscoe), Eslyn Egli and Melinda Harbaugh (Keith); her grandchildren, Keith, Aaron, Brenda, Ava, Cate, Julianna and Isaac; and her siblings, Carol (Richard), Ophelia (Fabian), Ruhiyyih (Richard) and Winston (Lolita).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory (845 E 38th St, Erie, PA 16504). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
