He was predeceased by: his parents, Alois Trejchel and Wanda Trejchel (Niedzielewski); and his siblings, Phil, Rita, Wanda Trejchel and Elizabeth Lydick.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Trejchel; his children, Lesley Mitchell (Peter), Brian Trejchel (Wendy), Matthew Trejchel, Christopher Trejchel (Catherine) and Todd Trejchel (Emily); and his stepchildren, Melissa Flak (Paul) and Michele Tharp (Adam). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
