She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Leavy and Rita Leavy; and her son Michael Douglas. She is survived by: her husband Hadley H. Jones; her daughter Carolyn Warner; and her brothers, Fred Leavy (Rose) and Robert Leavy (Teri). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
