She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Matos and Felicia Scepura Matos; her husband Fred Haynes; her in-laws, Fred and Lillian Haynes Sr.; and her nephew Thomas Matos Jr..
She is survived by: her children, James of Erie, Stephen (Cindy) of Erie, Paul Haynes (Carrie) of Erie, Michele Holmes (Michael) of Erie and Deanne Roehm (Craig) of Erie; her granddaughter Kel Karpinski; her siblings, Carol Wolff, Beverly Upton and Thomas Matos of Erie; and her sister-in-law Carol Ewiak.
