She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Dougan and Francis Pierce Dougan; her husband Harold E. Horton; her grandchildren, Jeffrey and Michelle Cook; and her sister Jacqueline Paris.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Cook (Joel) of Erie, Jennifer Pasi (Jim) of Erie, Kevin Horton of Erie, Jacqueline Dalleo (Carmen) of Erie and Amy Speranza (Steven Backfisch) of Pittsburgh; and her daughter-in-law Sue Horton of Erie. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter.
