He was predeceased by: his mother Regina M. Kelly (Flynn); and his sister Regina Presnell. He is survived by: his father Alphonse J. Kelly, Jr.; his sister Laura Voncannon; his children, Alphonse J. Kelly IV and Desiree Andrejcik; his grandchildren, Dakota Kelly, Savannah Kelly and Alex Andrejcik; his nephews, Matthew Presnell and Kenneth Voncannon; and his niece Kellie Pope.
