She was predeceased by: her parents, Alois Horak and Bernice Horak; her husband Thomas Czarnecki; and her sister Bernice Zielinski. She is survived by: her sons, John Czarnecki and James Czarnecki (Tanya); and her grandson Andrew Czarnecki.
