He is survived by: his wife Maria Kuklinski (Grazioli); his children, Rebecca "Becky" of Pittsburgh and Alan (Karen) of Erie; his grandchildren, Joshua and Jacqueline; and his siblings, Dr. Larry Kuklinski (Kathy) of Erie, Thomas Kuklinski (Carol) of Florida and Dolores Kuklinski-King of New Orleans.
