He was predeceased by: his wife Mary C.. He is survived by: his children, Gregory C. Hvazda, Marjorie L. Haley and Richard A. Hvazda (Cathy); his grandchildren, Melissa, Christine, Andrew, Rebecca Jo and Jake; and his sisters, Edna Nicholas and Rosemary Muffley.
