With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leslie Ann Hubicki of Erdenheim, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 2, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Glen Frakes. She is survived by: her aunt Elaine Flora; her stepmother Linda Frakes; her siblings, Shirley Frakes and Allen Frakes (Pam); her nephew Matthew (Brianna); her sister Lauren (Neil Kenney); her nieces, Kristin and Kaitlyn; her nephew Jeffrey; her sibling-in-law Jean Ann; her nieces and nephews, Ethan and Shannon; and also, Patrick Alley, Elijah and Asher.

Gifts in lieu of flowers can be sent to Buxmont Baptist Church or Calvary Chapel of Quakertown.
