She was predeceased by: her husband George R. Eastburn Jr.; and her daughter Janine E. Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Susan Eastburn, Georgeanne Kistler and Carolyn E. Klonis; her son-in-law Edward Lewis; and her brother Robert Carnevale. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
