He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Jane Kernaghan and Howard W. Gaul; and his sister Anna Jane Agnew. He is survived by: his wife Meta Stewart Gaul; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Kevin, Julianna and Alexa Gaul.

In lieu of flowers contributions in Howard's name may be made to Oreland Volunteer Fire Company, 1500 Bruce Rd, Oreland PA 19075.

“Well, I guess God was bored, so he needed the "Buckeroo" to come entertain him, or maybe Pete was getting tired of being yelled at by Aunt Jeannie and he needed back up? Either way, Heaven just became an even better destination. i have so many funny memories of Bucky, as all of you reading this do, he's a good father and husband, friend and band member, I say it "in the present" because passing on doesn't change those facts, I am fortunate to know him , for now, "here's to ya' Bucky, Cheers!”
