He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore DiLisio and Teresa DiLisio; and his brother Vincent DiLisio (late Elise). He is survived by: his wife Angelina Prozzillo; his stepchildren, Shari Palermo and Michael Palermo (Sheila); his siblings, Salvatore DiLisio Jr. (Connie) and Annamarie Mierson (late Harry); his grandchildren, Michael Palermo (Corinna), Gabriella Morell (Adam) and John Palermo; and his great grandchild Anthony Palermo.
