She was predeceased by: her father George R. Eastburn Jr.; her sister Janine E. Lewis; and her mother Ines C. Eastburn. She is survived by: her brother-in-law G. Edward Lewis; and her fiancé Richard Chiodo. She is also survived by two sisters and seven nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers contributions in Carolyn's name may be made to the ACCT of Philadelphia or the SPCA of Montgomery County.
