It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Bencivenga (Equinunk, Pennsylvania), born in Brooklyn, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 29, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Cono Bencivenga; her parent Martin Luchen; her son John Bencivenga; and her grandsons, Michael Dewald, Anthony Bencivenga and Ryan Bencivenga.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Novak Luchen; her child Elaine Duffy; her significant other Burt Butler of Walton, NY; her grandchildren, Donovan Allen, Kristie Schubert, Suzanne Schubert, Nicholas Dewald, Liza Dewald and Joseph Bencivenga; and her great grandchildren, Donovan Allen, Jr. and Damian Allen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
