She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Philo Welles; her parents, Benjamin Turner and Mildred Turner (Bush); her daughter Pat Smith; her siblings, Richard, Sidney Turner and Elizabeth Monington; and her grandchildren, Angel and Bobby Welles.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Hamby of Mansfield, Carolyn Davies (Charles) of Tyler Hill, Brenda Stafford of Rochester, NY, Ron Welles (Janet) of Florida, Bob Welles of Mansfield, Ginny Hoyniak (Val) of Florida and Donna Young (Steve Weigelt) of Honesdale; her son-in-law Don Smith; her sister Doris Swendsen; and her sisters-in-law, Alice and Pearl Turner. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren, 22 great great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
