It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas J. Smith Jr. of Equinunk, Pennsylvania, born in Norwich, Connecticut, who passed away on January 3, 2022, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Douglas J. Smith. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Smith (Swendsen); his children, Keri (Smith) and Zach Knapp; his brother Jeremy Smith; his niece Audrey Smith; and his nephew Caleb Smith. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
