He was predeceased by: his parents, William I. Heilinger, Sr. and Edna Heilinger (Sweigart); his sisters, Faye Burkholder and Dorothy Jane Miller; his nephews, James, Tony and Robert Martin; and his niece Marsha Rose Rusch (Zimmerman).
He is survived by: his wife Frances Heilinger (Wilson); his children, Sandy Marshall, Kimberly Barsoum, Faith Miller, Melissa Days, Cora Ann Heilinger, Kenneth Heilinger and Edward (Hope Heilinger); his grandchildren, Ashley, Caytlyn, Alex, Kelly Rose, Hannah, Madisyn, Josh, Christie and Jassica; and his sisters, Roseanna (David Gray), Pearl (Mervin Zimmerman) and Kathi (Wayne Runk). He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
