He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Clark and Anne Coulbourn (Rumford). He is survived by: his wife Grace Coulbourn (Speers); his daughters, Laura Kromer Kapinos (Scott) and Cathlyn Weidman (Jason); his grandchildren, Ethan Kromer, Hannah Kromer Proe (Jarrod), Joseph Mongiovi (Linsay) and Grace Weidman; his great grandchildren, Joseph Mongiovi III and Addalyn Mongiovi; his brother Rev. Hugh Coulbourn (Janice); and his brother-in-law James Speers (Joanne). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
