He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter P. Mazurkiewicz and Genevieve Mazurkiewicz (Peplowski). He is survived by: his wife Joann Mazurkiewicz (Decker); his daughter Tracey Gundersen (Ed); his granddaughter Kaitlyn; his sister-in-law Ann Marie Mazurkiewicz (Troilo); his nephew Robert; and his nieces, Debbie Carfagno and Michelle Wojciechowski.
