It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia May Truitt of Ephrata, Pennsylvania, born in Linwood, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 25, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ermon Obier and Nettie Obier (Newsome); her husband John T. "Tom" Truitt, Jr.; and her grandson Ryan Creighton. She is survived by: her children, Rev. J. Thomas, III (Darlene) and Carole (Kevin Creighton) of West Chester; her grandchildren, Donya Galen, Kristin Pzedpelski and Justin Creighton; her great grandchildren, Hannah Galen, Annika Galen, Emma Pzedpelski and LilyAnna Creighton; and her sister Christine (late William Hickey) of Oxford.
