She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Kozlosky and Dora Saluta Kozlosky; and her siblings, Benjamin Kozlosky, Alexander Kozlosky (Sandy), Helen Wagner, Leonard Kozlosky and Irene Kufro.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Sr.; her sons, Paul Jr., Gary (LuAnne) and Joseph; her grandchildren, Krista, Ken and Karson; her great grandchild Konnor; and her sister Elizabeth Seidel (Betty).
