She was predeceased by: her parents, John Horning and Lena Horning (Hurst); her husband Harvey S. Fox; her sons, Carl H. and Charles H Fox; and her siblings, Anna Shirk, Esther Bowman, Lena Zimmerman and John Horning, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Ruth, Mary Ellen Stauffer Myerstown (Samuel), Jay Ervin Fox Reading (Norma), Vera Martin Ephrata (Vernon), Verna Good (Melvin), Lena Hostetter East (J. Martin), Harvey Fox Lititz (Mary Ann), Earl Fox Ephrata (Lois), Joan Nolt Forest (Gerald) and Stanley Fox Ephrata (Janet); and her sisters, Laura Zimmerman and Minerva Good. She is also survived by 57 grandchildren; 218 great grandchildren; 61 great-great grandchildren.
