He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd S. Rutt and Pauline C. Rutt (Frankfort); and his brothers, Donald K. (late Wanda K.) and Gene Rutt. He is survived by: his wife Theresa "Terry" I. Rutt; his children, Jim (Kate Rutt) of Tampa, FL, Wendy (Jeff Gehman) of Clay, Jennifer (Mark Schreiner) of Allentown, Jodi Yocum of Adamstown and Jessica Stark of Millsboro, DE; his grandchildren, Ian, Victoria, Madeline, Abigail Lydia, Jada, Tyler, Casey, Madison, Kara, Zachary Gabby, Kaylee, Adam of Olivia, CJ and Avery; and his great grandchildren, Athena and Colton.
